Boutique Inspired Home Office

I hope everyone is having a wonderful holiday.  While I'm busy taking down our Christmas decorations, (they've been up since October, it's time to call it a day) I'll be sharing some recent online design projects.  I'm now accepting new clients, please click here for more information.

Today's featured design board is from a home office/family den online design project.  When the client came to me, she mentioned she loved visiting an interior design boutique located on the west coast where her family vacations.

After visiting the boutique {online}, I could see why.
The client particularly loves a collection of paintings by the owner of the boutique {click here to view}.  Although she wasn't sure when she would be making her first purchase from the collection, I wanted her home to be ready for it.

While she is waiting for the right time to make one of the lovely paintings her own, she can enjoy a space inspired by the art.  Almost as if she will be living in one of the paintings every day.

We balanced the project allowance while maintaining a custom design look.
This design plan includes a pair of chairs already owned by the client, a budget friendly rug and accessories, a quality desk, and a gorgeous chandelier that was a bit of a splurge.

Thanks for stopping by.

  1. So pretty, the light fixture is my favorite! My decorations are still up but not for long. One more week to enjoy them and they are packed up. Have a great week!
