Two Day Makeover~Reveal

Welcome back to my Two Day Makeover Series!  In these posts I will take you through a recent room makeover beginning to end.  This project began as a typical online design plan project for Brian and Heidi's nursery.  Until I decided to fly to Denver to install the room, all by myself (no painters, carpenters or design assistants) in just two days (which is where the "challenge" comes in).

Before we get to the reveal photos, here is a look at a side by side of the room before and after the makeover.  The before photo was submitted by Brian and Heidi at the beginning of the online design consultation…

Based on the information I obtained from Brian and Heidi in our project questionnaire, I created a custom design plan for their babies nursery (Sully).  As with every online design project, the plan included a floor plan illustration…

…an inspiration board,

…a shopping list with specific product sources and step-by-step instructions on how to implement the design.  Instead of delivering this plan to Brian and Heidi, they requested for me to keep it a secret until the big reveal.  Tomorrow's post will be the big client reveal where Brian and Heidi will see the space (and the design) for the first time.

Until then, here is your sneak peek tour...

The room is ready for baby Sully and all his baby gear.  The first baby shower was last weekend and I can't wait to see a photo of the new room filled with his baby stuff.

Stop by tomorrow to see Brian and Heidi's reaction when they see the room for the first time.
