With the holidays approaching it's time to start thinking about what we're going to wear. I would love to help you out with that. My friends at Shabby Apple and I are working together to give one of you a new dress from the Shabby Apple Vintage Inspired Clothing Boutique!
I recently blogged about my trip to New Jersey for the Enchanted Makeovers She is Me Event. I wore Shabby Apples "Boogie Woogie" dress. Shabby Apple dresses are all inspired by vintage clothing. The Boogie Woogie is very Audrey Hepburn-esqe.
After wearing it in NJ, I determined it's my absolute favorite dress. Before the event, I snapped a pic to share with you. I don't have a lot of experience with selfies, so I did a little internet research on how to take a good one. What I read is the best result is achieved through the use of duck lips and placing one hand on the hip.
Okay, my selfie skills need some work. I'll let the Shabby Apple models take it from here.

I love this dress; it looks really beautiful on you, even with duck lips! I am in great need of a new wardrobe right now as I have lost almost 70 pounds since February 15th and have gone from a size 22 to a size 8-12 depending on the garment. They all fit so different. The Shabby Creek dress is something I would love to wear. Now that I have lost so much weight I want clothes that make me feel beautiful for a change rather than the loose fitting things I have worn for over 30 years. Looking good. I always do my makeup and hair and I have a soft spot for jewelry, especially bracelets (don't ask me why). I just love dressing up. Most of my clothes lately I have only been able to wear a few times, before they are too big again. I sell all of my big clothes and with the proceeds I get a new wardrobe. I sure hope I win as I would love to wear a dress like yours. I would be honored to blog about it too. I am a new blogger, but I am working hard at it when I feel good enough.
