I get so excited when my design clients send me photos of their space after they have installed their design plan! I just received some pics of a kitchen I designed for a client through my online design service. Below are photos of the space before the makeover and after the makeover. I am also sharing the design plan I created and my client followed to achieve her new kitchen design.

My client came to me for a design plan to completely make over her kitchen with new cabinetry, appliances, lighting, furnishings, paint colors, and finishes. You can see in the before photos that she her kitchen was nicely sized, but could be tweaked in terms of the layout to provide more cabinetry and a larger center island.
After consulting with her on her design preferences, budget, lifestyle, and desires for her new space, I got to work creating a custom design plan to give her the kitchen of her dreams.

The kitchen previously had an open passthrough into the dining room that never really worked well for my client. You can see in the after photos the passthrough was closed off which gave her more upper cabinetry as well as privacy from the adjoining space. The soffits were removed to accommodate taller upper cabinets and the new kitchen layout includes a larger center island and a longer wall of cabinetry.
